The flower was beautiful, but they didn’t put the card I wrote and the recipient couldn’t understand from who it came, wanted to turn back flower to the shop, called them and only then the shop told that there was the card! Poor service

1. I received a picture before delivery with tree in a pot (temporary plastic pot), but I received it in an ugly plastic bag. What should I do now? I have to run somewhere to find a new pot and soil?
