On 06.03.2025 I have preordered a bouquet of pink tulips, which looked amazing based on the shop sample picture. On 08.03.2025 it was delivered on time. First impression from my love - such an amazing colour bouquet! Unfortunately this changed as soon as she started cut ends of stems and putting them into a vase. The tulips quality was very poor, with yellow leaves and stems and some of them were even broken. Disappointment as a result, and wilted bouquet on the second day. BUT, I have to mention, that after our dispute opened, the store made everything possible to make up for their mistake and restore their reputation. We have received a full refund as well as a new nicer bouquet of tulips. Unfortunately, they also wilted quite fast, which I believe was just a bad batch of flowers namely tulips received from their suppliers. In overall, good store, but there are ways for improvement.
