I tend to avoid leaving reviews like this, but the attitude of the person talking to me is worth mentioning so people use this company knowing the risks if something goes wrong with their order. They were late so I asked them to cancel and refund as I was not going to be home and that the flowers not only will go to waste, but that they also could not be left in the hallway due to building policy. They still proceeded with the delivery, kept the money and had the guts to message me "Done, sorry we can't control the traffic." Although the traffic was completely fine and they knew I could not take delivery of the flowers anymore. This is after a lot of back and forth, and after receiving an email around 8.30-9am with the photo of the flowers ready and collected. I am still not sure what took 5h from that moment until they were left in front of my door... Very poor logistics management and even worse customer service. Oh, at some point they offered me complementary balloons for my next order as compensation... expecting me to use and pay for their service another time after that kind of experience...
