Думала, что цветы натуральные, при этом надписи до заказа, о том что они искусственные не было, когда я попросила возврат средств и забрать цветы, они поменяли название, и добавили слово «искусственные», чтобы не делать возврат, и сделать вид, что типо это была моя ошибка)
