I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my recent order of red hydrangeas. The flowers that were delivered were old, half-dried, and had a rotten, faded color. This is completely unacceptable. I ordered fresh red hydrangeas, but instead I received flowers that looked spoiled and lifeless. Because of this, I was forced to give my girlfriend these terrible-looking flowers, which was extremely embarrassing and disappointing. I want to emphasize that on the same day, I took photos of the condition of the flowers and immediately opened a dispute. I also wrote in the chat asking them to collect the flowers immediately and issue a refund. Despite all this, I never received any response from the seller. Since my initial complaint was completely ignored, I am submitting this complaint again. If this issue is not resolved, I will also leave a detailed complaint on Google Reviews, because this kind of service is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund for this order.
