I wrote in the order comments that I asked for delivery between 10 and 11 a.m. and that I'd give a tip, but my request was ignored. It was delivered at 2:30 p.m., even though the latest delivery time was 1:00 p.m. Also, the courier didn't know my number or address, even though everything was clearly stated in the order. Half the flowers in the bouquet are wilted—specifically the roses.
