Thank you for the beautiful flower arrangement and on-time delivery. The bouquet was arranged nicely and my girlfriend loved the surprise. However, I was a bit disappointed because I ordered pink tulips, but they looked like white tulips that were just dyed pink. The color was already fading upon delivery. I hope you can improve the quality of the flowers next time. Overall, still appreciate the service.

Заказал через flowwow у них букет заранее. Выбрал время доставки 8 марта с 9:30 до 11:30. Начиная с 11 я им настойчиво писал и звонил, где меня заверили, что курьер будет через 30 минут. Потом через час. Несколько звонков ничего не решили, они продолжали говорить что курьер скоро будет. Отменил заказ уже в 14:00, так как мы не могли больше ждать. Заказал новый букет к сожалению у них же, но через талабат. Букет приехал через 40 минут. Потраченного времени жаль.
