Using sharp scissors or shears, cut 1-2 inches off the bottom of all stems at an angle (45 degrees). Cutting at an angle increases the surface area for water absorption. 4. Remove Foliage: Remove any leaves that would fall below the water line. Leaves sitting in the water will rot and contaminate the water. 5. Placement: Place the vase in a cool location away from direct sunlight, drafts (like air conditioning vents), and ripening fruit (fruit releases ethylene gas which ages flowers quickly). 6. Replenish Daily: Check the water level daily, adding more as needed. Change the water completely every 2-3 days, re-cutting the stems each time.

Extremely poor service. The order was two hours late and they sent the wrong items. The flowers arrived looking dead and were poor quality. I would not recommend ordering from here if you need fresh flowers on time.
