They completely ruined the surprise by calling the recipient hours before delivery to "confirm the time," even though everything was already set. When I complained about the poor quality, the staff became defensive and rude, even threatening to cancel the order instead of fixing their mistake. Total lack of professionalism. They act like a premium boutique but deliver a budget experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.
