I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Pansy Flowers and Chocolate L.L.C. I placed an order using a promo code that I earned from my previous purchase on the Flowwow app. The order was accepted, and the amount was debited from my account. However, just a few hours later, my order was canceled because you do not accept promo codes. If certain outlets do not accept promo codes, the system should not have allowed the payment to go through in the first place. At least then, I could have made the full payment and ensured my order was delivered on time. Instead, the payment was processed and then refunded, causing unnecessary delays and ruining a well-planned moment. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. I have not only lost my time but also a special occasion that cannot be replaced. I expect a proper explanation and a resolution to ensure this does not happen again.
