Very disappointed. I bought a bouquet and one of the roses came broken and poorly fixed with tape (see photos). It’s unacceptable to receive flowers in this condition, especially when they’re meant to be a gift. The stem was completely broken and someone tried to hide it by taping it together. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money.
