These flowers were sent as a surprise and it worked perfectly. My sister loved them and kept sending pictures. Delivery was smooth and the team coordinated well. Good service overall.

I ordered this bouquet based on the advertised photos and listed composition The delivered bouquet did NOT match the advertised design. The small blue filler flowers (nigella and blue gypsophila), which are clearly visible in the listing and mentioned in the description, were either missing or significantly reduced. This changed the entire look and structure of the bouquet. When I contacted the shop, instead of addressing the mismatch professionally, they avoided the issue and focused on their delivery costs and profit. I was also told that “some customers order and then ask for refund,” implying bad faith on my side. No partial refund was offered. The only option given was to return the bouquet — even though it had already been delivered as a gift,on Ramadan for my friend whos at home with her whole family,what a shame 🥹 This is not the level of professionalism expected when a product does not match its advertised description. Quick update An hour later they are texting and calling asking to return it
