I ordered flower for bday and was on high expectations. I ordered at 12 and was expecting by 14:20-14:30 however at 14:20 I received message from them saying sorry the flower that you ordered is out of stock can you consider other flower which was not what we wanted. But, at least they said honestly “flower is not good looking that is why we cannot give it for you”. Now plan is went totally wrong.
