The order for st Valentine’s Day was confirmed by the shop but wasn’t fulfilled. The scheduled delivery time was missed, and then, after a few hours, the order was simply canceled by the store. There was no adequate communication from the store, and not even an apology. What a disappointment and disgraceful service. No responsibility or respect on a day like this.
