Букет не соответствует описанию и заявленному составу. Вместо обещанных 50 роз привезли значительно меньший букет — визуально это очевидно, количество явно меньше заявленного. Кроме того, качество цветов крайне низкое: розы были вялые, часть выглядела несвежей уже при получении. Отдельно отмечу, что упаковка не соответствует той, что была указана при заказе/на фото в карточке товара — оформление другое, из-за чего букет выглядит дешевле и не соответствует ожидаемому виду. Это был подарок на юбилей, поэтому я не смогла оформить возврат сразу, но качество и несоответствие заказу недопустимы.
