I ordered flowers along with a message card for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the flowers delivered were not fresh and looked old. On top of that, the message card I paid for was not delivered at all, which was very embarrassing. When I contacted the shop to explain the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional. Instead of offering a solution, the representative said, “What can I do now?” and disconnected the call. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers expect quality and basic professionalism, especially for occasion-based deliveries. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their service standards.
