Extremely disappointed with Arabian Tulip. I ordered a premium bouquet for 300 AED, but what they prepared looked nothing like the photos on their website—much smaller and cheaper. The worst part? They completely ruined the surprise by calling the recipient hours before delivery to "confirm the time," even though everything was already set. When I complained about the poor quality, the staff became defensive and rude, even threatening to cancel the order instead of fixing their mistake. Total lack of professionalism. They act like a premium boutique but deliver a budget experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.
