I ordered flowers and with it a note as a surprise. However, the note did not come, the message on it was clear and because it did not arrive, it caused confusion for myself and the recepient. Although the note was complimentary, I had other flower shop options who also provide complimentary notes but I decided to go with you. Kindly rectify this please, I'd appreciate getting a refund or voucher to help clear this out with the recepient The flowers were lovely otherwise
