8am-11am delivery but I received at 1:46pm. I ordered 3 bouquets for my wife, niece and mother in law but they delivered 2 bouquets only. Still waiting for the reply on the missing bouquet.

The order was placed and paid for at 4:20 PM, and the app stated that the delivery would take 40 minutes. However, the bouquet was delivered only at 10:00 PM. By that time, it was no longer needed. We had already returned from the celebration without being able to give the bouquet to the birthday person. We are extremely disappointed with this service. Заказ был оформлен и оплачен в 16:20, при этом в приложении было указано, что доставка займёт 40 минут. Однако букет был доставлен только в 22:00. К этому времени он уже был не нужен. Мы вернулись с праздника, так и не подарив букет имениннице. Сервисом крайне недовольны и очень разочарованы.
