Very disappointing experience. I placed and paid for a Valentine’s Day flower delivery in advance to ensure everything would go smoothly. On the day, I was informed the roses were not fresh and was asked to accept evening delivery or cancel — which is unrealistic on Valentine’s Day. After that, communication became extremely frustrating. My calls were ignored, WhatsApp messages went unanswered, and when someone finally responded there was no apology and no clear delivery time — only “courier on the way.” I had to call multiple times over several hours before receiving another message promising delivery within 40–120 minutes. This was meant to be a special surprise, and the poor communication and lack of professionalism completely ruined the experience. Customers understand delays can happen, but honesty, accountability, and proper communication are essential — especially on important occasions. I cannot recommend this shop based on this experience.
