First of all I’d like to say I understand this is 14th of February. Delays could happen, but day ago it was possible to make an order for the morning time (9:30 am -12:30 pm). By the time I ordered other shops already closed possibility to order for Valentine day. Your shop was still receiving orders. So the 1st question is if you understand that there are too many orders which you will not be able to handle and deliver on time, why do you take them? The second question is why no one contacted me regarding the order. Order was delivered 6 hours later the maximum time I put as a delivery time. During this time no one contacted me. I had to do it myself. Messages in the chat still ignored. The only way I managed to get information about the order was to call several times from different phones. The third question that quality of the bouquet is a bit disappointing. To summarise 6 hours delay with no informing about it. No message, no call Don’t take responsibility which you can’t handle
