I ordered a flower bouquet from your shop and you kindly sent me a photo before delivery for my approval. The arrangement in the photo was beautiful and well-prepared. However, the person who received the bouquet got something completely different — poorly arranged and wrapped in an unprofessional way. This is very disappointing and feels misleading, as I approved a bouquet based on what was shown to me, not what was actually delivered. I kindly request an explanation and a proper resolution to this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be forced to take further action.
