I am very disappointed with my experience. My partner ordered a bouquet of 101 roses for my birthday, but the delivery contained only 85 roses instead of 101. On top of that, when I started trimming the flowers, I discovered that many stems were damaged, bent, or even broken. Some of the damaged stems were hidden with tape, which was clearly done to conceal the poor condition of the flowers.
