I am disappointed with my recent order. I placed an order one day in advance for a pink 40x40 balloon and specifically requested delivery before 12 PM. Unfortunately, the balloon was delivered at 6 PM instead. In addition to the late delivery, the item was not as ordered. I received a 30x30 balloon instead of the 40x40 size I paid for, and the color was completely different from what I selected. What was especially frustrating is that I contacted the store in the morning to confirm that everything was on track, and I was told that everything was fine. However, at 5 PM I received a message saying that no other balloons were available. Overall, this experience was very disappointing due to the incorrect item and delay
