The Original Red Velvet Crumb Cake

I specifically requested in the special notes that I want the cake to be exactly like the picture shown on your account. While the cake was black with side balls design, the Happy Birthday sign was not the same and the crown was silver with pink stones!!which does not match the picture at all. The final result looked very bad and disappointing. Attention to details and customer notes is very important. I am honestly uncomfortable presenting it in front of guests, it doesn’t look luxurious and doesn’t reflect the shop name. The random colors made it look messy and like a rainbow.

I ordered this cake specifically because the description says the decorative spheres are edible chocolates or cake pops. But the cake I received had non-edible plastic balls on it. This is misleading and unsafe. Otherwise, everything else about the cake was good the design, taste and presentation were nice. But the listing should be updated or the correct edible decorations should be used.
