Ordered a birthday cake being far away from the recipient. At the beginning had some issue but the bakery resolved the problem right away. Cakes were delicious! Thank you!

В корзине были зелёные бананы с чёрными вкраплениями, которые испортили общий вид композиции. На запрос заменить такие бананы магазин никак не отреагировал, уверяя, что они свежие. Вопрос был в том, что они некрасивые и не спелые, что значительно отличает внешний вид от композиции, которую транслирует магазин. Ко всему прочему, доставку задержали на несколько часов. Хотелось бы более лояльного отношения к клиентам, ведь это влияет на то, станет ли клиент делать заказ вновь.
