I placed the order for these cakes from the UK, and despite being in a whole different country the whole process went by super smoothly! The delivery was prompt, and most importantly the F&P team were constantly giving me updates of the delivery status. They were also very easy to contact and there was constant communication and updates from them which was rather reassuring

The cake and flowers weren't matching the photo. Also when they send a picture it was the picture they had on their shop not a real one. Delivery was late as well!
