Extremely disappointed with Arabian Tulip. I ordered a premium bouquet for 300 AED, but what they prepared looked nothing like the photos on their website—much smaller and cheaper. The worst part? When I complained about the poor quality, the staff became defensive and rude, even threatening to cancel the order instead of fixing their mistake. Total lack of professionalism.
