I booked the delivery of bouquet for 8-8:30. It was a surprise for my friend after running. We were together already waiting at the cafe at 8:30 am. I also provided my telephone in case the delivery driver had any questions. But!!! I received a notification tha the order had been completed!! How is that possible?? If I had not been near my friend I would have assumed she had already received the bouquet. This situation is unacceptable- it feels like an attempted theft. As a result instead of spending time with my friend during her birthday, I had a contact both the delivery service and the store. Only 40-45 minutes later did I receive a reply saying that the delivery could come at 9:30. In reality he arrived at 10!! I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the entire situation. The delivery was not only late but also falsely marked as completed, causing stress, inconvenience and ruining the intended surprise.
